Description

Whale Hill is one of the postcards of the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park. However, the trail to reach the "head" of the whale is still little frequented. The trail offers a broad view of the region, providing a privileged perspective of another postcard of the Chapada, the Maytrea Garden. Although relatively short, the route has very steep sections, requiring caution in parts with rocky and slippery soil.
