Description

The Rapids consist of a part of the shallow and wide channel of the Rio Preto, featuring a series of natural pools and spots for hydro massage at small waterfalls. The trail passes through typical Cerrado landscapes, with rocky trail beds, open fields, and rock formations. This attraction is usually visited together with the waterfalls of Saltos and Carrossel, making it possible to create a circuit of all the attractions. Additionally, the trail is notable for being accessible to people with reduced mobility, as it is possible to take a van up to 200m from the river, from where a suspended walkway leads to the banks of the Rio Preto.
