Description
Parque Nacional da Serra da Canastra was named after one of its formations, which resembles a canastra (a kind of chest or trunk). There you will find countless trails, waterfalls (more than 300), lookouts and cheese. The park protects the headwaters of the São Francisco, Araguari and Santo Antônio river basins and can be visited year-round.
